Office Coordinator

As Office Coordinator, this position will rely heavily on your ability to make people smile, utilize your resourcefulness, and get things done. We are looking for a smart, creative, enthusiastic professional to undertake a variety of day to day office tasks to help our office run smoothly and assist in maintaining our company’s culture.


As seen throughout television history in beloved characters like Donna from Suits or Lloyd from Entourage, we’re looking for an organized and knowledgeable new colleague with phenomenal communication skills to join our team. This person will be comfortable dealing with people and able to effectively carry out administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency. Sitting on the People and Admin team, you will focus on the following:

  • Support teams with various tasks including redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place appropriate orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management
  • Ensure office orderliness and proper condition (ie, cleanliness, general appearance, and maintenance issues)
  • Liaise with building management on tasks requiring business maintenance
  • Prepare expense reports to ensure all charges are accounted for
  • Provide basic administrative support to the President/COO
  • Special projects as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree and experience as office coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, etc.)
  • Must be energetic, proactive, have a positive attitude, and willing to regularly interact with others
