Thousands of ambitious entrepreneurs and talented developers converged at TechWeek Chicago 2013, the largest technology conference in the Midwest, last week. For many, it was a chance to network with bright minds, share success stories, and share ideas to help build new businesses.
As a Chicago-centric technology company (with two rapidly expanding offices in the windy city), Networked Insights was a natural fit to participate in the event. Our Chief Technology Officer, Brad Burke, took the stage during TechWeek to talk about the power of social for businesses, focusing on how conversations across the social web can be leveraged to a competitive advantage.
Key to that point was Brad’s walk through of how businesses can use social analytics to find out more about their target audience, including the places to reach them and the messages to deliver to them. He also spoke to the importance of social as a tool to discover, in real-time, how audience affinities change and how that information could be leveraged to help grow and maintain a business.
Networked Insights also participated in TechWeek 2013’s hiring fair, meeting with hundreds of young, enthusiastic, and talented individuals. Our company is looking to fill many roles in engineering, analytics, and sales, in our growing Chicago offices. For more information, check out our Careers landing page.
