  • manufacturing and services companies, he has expertise in customer
  • intelligence and experience with the challenges companies face in
  • gathering relevant, real-time insights about their customers.

  • As a serial entrepreneur Dan has played key roles in 3 other companies.
  • Dan is a regular on Fox News and has been featured in the New York
  • Times, MediaWeek, AdAge and Wired. Before starting Networked
  • Insights, Dan helped spin a technology out of Brightstar the
  • British Telecom incubator called Vidus, the company was acquired
  • after 16 months by @Road. Prior to that he was the Director of
  • Strategy at Scient the fastest growing services company in
  • history; Dan helped Scient growth to 2000 employees in
  • 18 months and it had a successful IPO in 1999 and a
  • market cap of $7 billion. Before Scient, he was
  • part of the founding team at eSurance, the first
  • online insurance company. He graduated from
  • the University of Georgia.
  • Gerry Komlofske is Networked Insights' COO. He has over 20 years of
  • consulting experience, having led Booz, Allen & Hamilton's Global
  • Computer and Electronics Group, and he held several management
  • positions at Scient, including chief strategy officer.
  •  
  • At Networked Insights, he is responsible for day-to-day operations of the
  • company. He has a unique understanding of how to improve efficiency in
  • businesses and drive new levels of value from their resources. Previously,
  • Gerry was CEO and President of Royal Palm Insurance Company, a
  • privately held company founded to meet the needs of Florida property
  • owners caught in the gap as insurance carriers reduce the amount
  • of business they write in the state. Prior to his current role,
  • he was an executive with Ritchie Capital, a Chicago-based private
  • equity firm and, before that, president and CEO of IPIQ. Gerry
  • earned a B.S. degree in engineering from Stanford University
  • and an M.M. degree in management from J.L. Kellogg Graduate
  • School. He has co-authored several books and articles in
  • Asia and been quoted extensively in global publications.
  • Gaurav Bhandari has served in various capacities at Goldman, Sachs & Co.,
  • a global investment banking and securities firm, since 1990, and is
  • currently a Managing Director, where his responsibilities include the
  • private investment portfolio of Goldman Sachs Investment
  • Partners Master Fund, L.P., a multi-strategy investment fund within
  • Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

  • Gaurav currently serves on the board of directors of Media Rights
  • Capital II L.P., since 2006, Dale and Thomas Popcorn, LLC, since
  • 2007, Tikona Digital Networks Private Limited, since 2008,
  • and Franklin Holdings, since 2007. Gaurav previously
  • served on the board of directors of iCrossing, Inc., from 2007
  • until it was sold in 2010, PetCareRx, Inc., from 2006 to 2009, and
  • Lightfoot Capital Partners, LP, from 2007 to 2009. Gaurav holds
  • a B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University.
  • Dave Kruger is CEO and owner of The Fiore Companies of Madison, WI.
  • He develops corporate policies and objectives regarding
  • The Fiore Companies’ diversified portfolio of real estate,
  • equity and venture capital investments.
  •  
  • He also is responsible for coordinating and directing all phases of the
  • business, including real estate investment, management, and corporate
  • affairs. Dave draws upon over 30 years of extensive experience in
  • negotiating and implementing complex business arrangements and
  • investments. A licensed attorney and real estate broker,
  • Dave earned a B.B.A. degree in finance and a Doctor
  • of Law degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
  • Prior to joining The Fiore Companies in 1984, he was a
  • partner with the Madison, Wisconsin law firm of DeWitt,
  • Ross & Stevens, S.C., where he specialized in real estate,
  • tax and corporate law.
  • Paul Schaut brings more than 28 years of sales, marketing and
  • executive management experience as well as a deep expertise
  • in technology, digital and mobile marketing industries.

  • Paul's portfolio of Board services help CEO's and investors leverage his
  • operational experience and network to assist in board and / or management
  • alignment, business development expansion, M&A strategy and execution
  • along with many other large and small challenges faced by CEO's
  • everyday. Current Boards include Zumobi, Pontiflex, Polar Wireless,
